Hey, thanks, Birgitte! I only glanced at SAPIENS, but I got the sense that Harari doesn't address Indigenous cultures & histories very much. If you liked Sapiens, I wonder if you might like Graeber & Wengrow, THE DAWN OF EVERYTHING: A NEW HISTORY OF HUMANITY (2021). Lots of info about lots of Indigenous cultures and how human history is more colorful than the old "march toward civilization" story that has been told up to now.
